The ground floor apartment features a living and dining area equipped with a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, along with 1 bedroom with 1 french bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. The kitchen on this level is fully open to the living space and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A hip bath with WC completes the ground floor layout.

The first floor apartment is accessed via an exterior staircase and includes a living and dining area with 1 double sofabed, a flat screen satellite TV, and air conditioning, as well as 1 bedroom with 1 french bed. The kitchen corner on this level is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. A hip bath with WC is also available on this floor. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
