- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Margaret gave us a lovely week on her beautiful estate. She kindly did a shop for us, as we were arriving late. She gave us advice about days out, and places to visit. Outdoor was extensive and beautiful, tennis court, amazing pool area, BBQ area, outdoor dining all spread out in the Italian grounds. Indoors was basic, but well equipped with quality cookware.
The kitchen was great for the 5 of us, but would be a push for much larger parties. Excellent shower and laundry room near the pool area.
Its a great location for visiting Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano. Restaurants and shops not far away. We had a great week.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
