- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The accommodation was very clean and well equipped, upon arrival we were greeted by our host Louisa who along with her husband Claudio lived in the adjoining property. Our hosts were extremely friendly and always available if we needed anything. The only thing that the property lacked was air conditioning (we were aware of this when we booked) as due to this being a working vineyard there was a lot of activity early in the morning and as the weather was extremely hot we had to sleep with the windows open therefore, we had the noise of the tractors at 6am.
Although the road next to the property single track it was busier than we expected at certain times as there were other rental properties further down the road however, we had a very enjoyable two weeks in a beautiful location.
