This bedroom is served by a dedicated bathroom with WC. The second bedroom contains 2 beds, each measuring 95 cm in width and 195 cm in length, and is also fitted with air conditioning and electric heating. The third bedroom features 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 185 cm in length, with an electric heater. A separate kitchen with a dining table is also present on the property, and a second bathroom with WC serves the remaining bedrooms and common areas.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
