The living and sleeping area is bright and features simple, welcoming furnishings, including 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to both a balcony and a terrace. 1 room is equipped with 1 French bed, offering a comfortable and private sleeping space. A small additional room provides 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width, making it a practical option for younger guests. The apartment also includes a small, open kitchen fitted with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is a combined bath and WC unit.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
