The living and dining area is furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 195 cm in length, offering additional sleeping flexibility for guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. A private balcony of 6 m2 extends the living space outdoors and offers a beautiful view of the sea, complete with balcony furniture for your relaxation.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable indoor climate throughout your stay, and heating is also available for cooler periods. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
