Toller Ausblick vom Kirchenplatz zum Meer und nach Dolcedo. Für Hunde perfekt da Grundstück eingezäunt. Wandern gut möglich. Ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kurze Wege in die Stadt bzw. ans Meer.
Negativ:
im Sommer viel zu warm da keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator, Fliegengitter nur an 1 von 3 Fenstern. Mehrfach in der Woche Veranstaltungen am Kirchenplatz bis tief in die Nacht.

Just the right place to relax. Great large garden on several landscaped terraces. Simple functional equipment. Internet reception via mobile phone very good. Great view from the church square to the sea and Dolcedo. Perfect for dogs as the property is fenced. Walking is possible. Well-balanced price-performance ratio. Short distances to the town and the sea.
Negative:
