"Ilaria 2" is a practical and cosy vacation rental measuring 80 m2, located on the 1st floor, and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and sleeping area features a sofa bed and provides direct access to one of the 2 balconies, from which you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable French bed measuring 160 cm, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm. Both bedrooms also offer direct access to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor views from the comfort of your private space. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table, and it too opens onto the balcony. The 1 bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. Additional spaces include a box-room for extra storage and a shared garden measuring 50 m2, complemented by balcony furniture so you can fully appreciate the surroundings.

There are several important details to keep in mind when planning your stay at "Ilaria 2." Heating is provided via gas, however it is only available from 01.11. to 15.04., so guests visiting outside of this period should plan accordingly. The apartment is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and this policy must be respected throughout the duration of your stay. For guests arriving by car, a reserved and fenced parking space for 1 car is available directly at the property, offered free of charge. A private entrance is provided, ensuring your comfort and privacy from the moment you arrive. Please be aware that bed linen and towels are not included and are therefore not provided during your stay. The 2 balconies and the 50 m2 garden are available for your enjoyment, furnished with balcony furniture so you can relax and take in the views at your leisure.
