The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase and houses 2 additional bedrooms, one configured with 2 single beds and the other featuring a French bed of 150 cm. A second bathroom with a toilet is also located on this floor. From the upper level, you can enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Podere Piastriccio operates under a strict non-smoking policy, and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Reserved parking is available directly at the property. Please be aware that the house is accessed via a dirt road stretching 1.6 kilometres in length. The communal pool is located 700 metres from the property. Logs for the fireplace are available for purchase at an additional cost, separate from the rental fee.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
