On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming lounge area complete with a dining table, a bar, and a wood-burning stove, along with a separate WC. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers a versatile living and sleeping room equipped with 1 sofabed and a dining nook. This floor also includes 3 bedrooms: one room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, one room with 2 single beds, and one room with 1 double bed. The upper floor is served by 1 shower and WC combined, as well as an additional separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen on this level features 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a microwave. A large terrace with terrace furniture completes the outdoor living space.
