This vacation rental accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and sleeping area is equipped with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed, along with a dining table. The first bedroom features 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed, while the second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The apartment also benefits from direct access to a private balcony, from which guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the river and the surrounding forest.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
