This space opens directly onto the terrace. A separate room on this level accommodates 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also provides access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the garden and features an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a separate WC.
