The living and sleeping area serves as a versatile space featuring 2 sleeping facilities, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The first dedicated bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The single bathroom is equipped with a bath and WC. Please be aware that this property may in some cases be arranged across 2 floors, in which case an open gallery in the living room replaces the second bedroom. The partly roofed terrace extends the living space outdoors and is furnished with terrace furniture for your comfort.

The small, open kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for meal preparation. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
