Built in 2006 as part of a semi-detached house, this holiday rental combines traditional Finnish craftsmanship with comfortable modern living. The apartment features a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bedroom with a double bed. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided in a sleeping gallery with 2 beds and a sofa bed accommodating 2 persons, making the property ideally suited for families or small groups. A washroom and an electric sauna with an electric stove complete the interior, ensuring a genuinely Finnish experience throughout your stay. A carport is available for your vehicle, and an electronic car charging point is conveniently shared with the neighbouring side of the semi-detached house.

A campfire site is available in shared use with the neighbouring Koliwood B apartment, providing a wonderful setting for evening gatherings under the Nordic sky. A shared boat with Koliwood B is located approximately 200 metres from the house at the curve of road Satamatie, granting easy access to the waters of the area for fishing or leisurely rowing. A 50-metre track leads directly to the nearby shore of Lake Pielinen, which features a shallow waterfront with a partly rocky and partly sandy bottom, perfect for a refreshing swim or a quiet moment by the water. Please note that the shore and jetty directly in front of the house are not available for guest use.
