On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a dining table and provides direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower. A second bedroom on this floor features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The fully equipped open kitchen serves the living space seamlessly and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. 2 separate WCs are also located on this level.
The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. One of these upper-floor bedrooms benefits from its own separate WC and shower. A further shower and separate WC complete the upper-floor bathroom facilities. Please note that the bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping configurations may be available than the maximum occupancy allows, the limit of 6 guests must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
