Please be aware that the bed layout is flexible and that, while more sleeping options may be available than the maximum number of guests permitted, the capacity of 4 must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
