The apartment features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across a well-organized interior layout. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm and includes a private shower and WC, with direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom is also furnished with 1 french bed and similarly benefits from its own balcony exit. The third bedroom is configured with 1 sofabed measuring 180 cm in length and 1 pull-out bed also measuring 180 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements, and likewise opens onto a balcony. The spacious living and dining room features a dining table, cable television, and direct access to a balcony, creating a welcoming communal space. The kitchen is fully equipped and also provides balcony access. A second bathroom with bath and WC serves the remaining areas of the apartment. The property benefits from 2 balconies in total, furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, and offers a marvellous view of the lagoon.
