A small office with electric shutters likewise opens onto the terrace. The open-plan kitchen, also fitted with electric shutters and terrace access, is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. The ground floor further includes a bathroom with both bath and shower facilities, a separate WC, and heating. On the upper floor, a second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and is fitted with electric shutters. A third bedroom on this level contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with electric shutters.
