The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across the ground floor and upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room furnished with a dining table, as well as an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A small dining table is also available within the kitchen area. One bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from direct access to the garden. A private shower room is attached to this bedroom, and a separate WC is also located on this level. The flooring throughout the property features elegant parquet.

On the upper floor, you will discover 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom, positioned facing west, is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length and offers direct access to the balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
