A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities, with 1 bathroom in total across the property.
The upper floor presents an open gallery with sloping ceilings containing 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm, as well as a further room with sloping ceilings housing 1 french bed measuring 140 cm. The property offers 2 bedrooms in total, though it is worth noting that some sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces such as the gallery, rather than in fully enclosed rooms. The bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping configurations are available than the maximum occupancy allows, the limit of 5 guests must not be exceeded.
