The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, a dining table, a bar, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the living space and includes a small dining table, also with an exit to the terrace. The 4 bedrooms are distributed as follows: 1 room is furnished with a double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm, 2 rooms are each equipped with a French bed of 140 cm width and 190 cm in length, and 1 room features a larger French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom facilities consist of 2 dedicated spaces: a bath with WC and shower, and a separate WC with a double hand-basin.

The property is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen benefits from a comprehensive range of appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher, 6 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
