A billiard room provides an additional area for leisure, while the open kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower room with WC, a double hand-basin, and air conditioning, with direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom is a children's room configured with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is equipped with a shower and air conditioning. The third bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to the balcony. The fourth bedroom also features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin and air conditioning, and opens onto the balcony.
