On the ground floor, you will find an open lounge featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a television, as well as a large living and dining room with a dining table, television, and radio, with direct access to the terrace. A dedicated room on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 2 x 90 cm and benefits from a private bath and shower, with a separate exit to the garden. A gallery area on this floor also provides a sleeping space with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The large kitchen is equipped with a cooking island, 4 hot plates, an oven, a grill, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table, and is complemented by a separate WC. On the upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, you will discover 3 additional rooms, all featuring sloping ceilings. The first of these rooms contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a shower and WC. The second room is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm and is equipped with a hand-basin.
