In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir waren begeistert, mit liebe gebautes und gepflegtes Haus. Tolle Aussicht und Lage. Sehr gute Erstausstattung für den ersten Ankunftstag mit eigenem Honig und Olivenöl. Francesco war auch gleich zur Stelle als ich Probleme mit dem Motorrad hatte und konnte zusammen mit einem Freund helfen. Wir werden dies uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
