On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, and opens directly onto the terrace. A separate bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also provides access to the terrace. The kitchen and living area is equipped with a dining table and direct terrace access, completing the ground floor layout. A shower room with WC is also located on this level.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 195 cm in length. The second bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 150 cm in width and 195 cm in length, and is served by a bath and WC, with access to the balcony. The third bedroom on the upper floor is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 95 cm in width and 195 cm in length, and is served by a separate bath and WC. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

„Hallo zusammen, diese Unterkunft ist zwar günstig, aber ich würde davon abraten, zu buchen. Im Haus sind die Lampen sehr dunkel, und das ganze Haus müsste mal richtig sauber gemacht werden. Es gibt viel Staub, und der Boden war bei der Übergabe schon nicht sauber. Die Dusche ist nicht dicht; da läuft Wasser von der Dusche heraus. Das sollte repariert werden. Der Geruch aus den Bädern ist auch sehr unangenehm. Ich habe keine Ahnung, woher das kommt. Vielleicht sollten die Rohre mal richtig gereinigt werden, da hat sich sicherlich einiges über die Jahre angesammelt. Was ich absolut vermeiden würde, ist, im Winter dieses Haus zu buchen, denn dann musst du noch 25 Euro am Tag für die Heizung bezahlen, was ja in Ordnung ist, jedoch fällt die Heizung immer wieder aus, aus welchen Gründen auch immer. Das Haus wird einfach nicht warm. Wir haben dann in der Garage Holz gefunden und damit den Kamin angemacht, um das Haus auf Temperatur zu bringen. Das hat der Dame, die die Übergabe am Anfang und Ende gemacht hat, wohl nicht gepasst. Sie kam zur Übergabe zurück und ich habe schon gemerkt, dass sie verärgert ist, aus welchem Grund auch immer. So unhöflich habe ich noch nie jemanden erlebt; sie hat mir sogar die Schlüssel aus der Hand gerissen. Sie kann kein Wort Englisch, also kommt man nur mit Portugiesisch weiter, und selbst mit Übersetzer und Handy hat sie so getan, als würde sie nichts verstehen. Als es um Geld ging, konnte sie langsam verstehen, was der Übersetzer am Handy schrieb. Letztendlich habe ich 25 Euro am Tag für die Heizung und 50 Euro für Holz bezahlt. Zusammengefasst muss das Haus besser geputzt werden, und es sollte jemand da sein, der Englisch kann, um das Objekt zu vermieten. So ist es ein Drama, lieber ein paar mehr Euro verlangen und dafür geht alles und ist alles Sauber. Wir werden dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen das war jetzt das zweite mal und leider auch das letzte Mal.“
