A separate bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also provides access to the terrace. The kitchen and living area is equipped with a dining table and direct terrace access, completing the ground floor layout. A shower room with WC is also located on this level.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 195 cm in length. The second bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 150 cm in width and 195 cm in length, and is served by a bath and WC, with access to the balcony. The third bedroom on the upper floor is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 95 cm in width and 195 cm in length, and is served by a separate bath and WC.
