Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and intimate sleeping arrangement. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities, providing the property's 1 bathroom. The upper floor hosts a second bedroom containing 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal space for 2 additional guests. Across both levels, the house offers 2 bedrooms in total, thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy and ease of movement throughout the property.

The property is well equipped to support a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The kitchenette is fitted with a mini-oven, 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. - 25% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
