You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans 145 square meters. The house features a bright and beautifully furnished large living/dining room with a dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system, electric heating, and air conditioning. The living room provides access to the terrace. There is one room with a single bed measuring 150 cm in width and 195 cm in length, a bath/WC, electric heating, and air conditioning, as well as access to the garden. Another room has two beds measuring 95 cm in width and 195 cm in length, electric heating, and air conditioning, with access to the garden. The third room also has two beds of the same size (95 cm x 195 cm), electric heating, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
