The living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed along with a dining table, offering a comfortable and versatile space for relaxation and meals. From this room, you have direct access to a 15 m2 terrace, ideal for enjoying the surrounding environment. The 2 double bedrooms are generously appointed, with 1 of them featuring a French bed measuring 160 cm in width. A practical box-room provides additional storage space. The 2 shower rooms, each complete with a WC, ensure convenience for all guests. The property was fully renovated in 2014, and its interior reflects a careful attention to detail and quality throughout.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
