This floor also includes a combined kitchen and living room area fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. From this level, you have direct access to a balcony, perfect for enjoying the surrounding views. A shower room and a separate WC are also located on this floor, along with heating facilities.
On the 2nd upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is generously spread across 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed and satellite TV, while 2 further bedrooms each feature 2 beds and satellite TV. The fifth bedroom offers a combination of 1 single bed and 1 double bed, also with satellite TV. A shower room and a separate WC serve this floor, and a balcony provides an additional outdoor space for your enjoyment.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
