The first features 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second room is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A full bathroom with a bath, WC, and shower serves this floor. Both rooms on the lower ground floor benefit from direct access to the second terrace. Throughout the property, stunning sea views can be enjoyed from both outdoor terrace spaces, which are furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
