On the main level, the living area welcomes you with a dining table, a dining nook, and a well-equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom offers 1 double bed, and a shower/WC is available for your convenience.
The lower ground floor provides an additional shower/WC, ensuring comfortable use of the 2 bathrooms across the property.
The upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 70 to 250 cm.
