The 1 double bedroom is complemented by a second double bedroom that includes its own shower and WC en suite. A dedicated shower and WC serves the remaining areas of the apartment, ensuring convenience for all guests. The kitchenette is well-equipped and integrated into the living space, and the apartment benefits from beautiful views of the mountains and the resort, enjoyed both from the interior and the furnished terrace.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette features 3 hot plates, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese, providing everything needed for self-catering. Entertainment is well catered for with a satellite TV with flat screen, a television, a radio, and a DVD player. A washing machine is available for guests' use, and heat is provided through an oil heating system. The terrace is furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, perfect for enjoying the surrounding mountain scenery. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the apartment. A children's high chair is also provided for families travelling with young children. An initial supply of towels is included under guests' own arrangement.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
