From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped. The apartment has 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. A private entrance ensures your comfort and independence throughout your stay.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Ruime woning, na alle opmerkingen van andere gasten viel ons de energieprijs juist erg mee. Zelf goed op verbruik opletten tijdens verblijf. Prachtig uitzicht. Het kleine skigebied, met leuke rodelbaan tot aan Ilanz was een echte bonus voor ons. Je kan de sleetjes naar beneden zien gaan vanuit het huisje.
