Renovated in 2006 and fitted with practical furnishings throughout, the apartment is distributed across a lower ground floor and a top floor, each designed to provide comfort and functionality.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen and living room featuring 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a dining table, and a dining nook. This convivial space is enhanced by an open-hearth fireplace and a satellite TV, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A separate WC completes this level.

The top floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a distinctive character. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, along with a satellite TV and direct access to a balcony. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
