The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, all rooms feature characteristic sloping ceilings. The first is an interconnecting room furnished with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
