This floor also features 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a shower room and a separate WC, forming the single bathroom of the property. The upper floor consists of an open gallery with sloping ceilings, where 2 additional beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, are arranged in an open-plan sleeping area rather than an enclosed room. Please be aware that some sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces such as this gallery, rather than in traditional walled bedrooms.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
