The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC on the same level. On the lower ground floor, you will find a shower and a sauna. The upper floor has one room with a bed and a double bed, and two additional rooms, each with a bunk bed and a double bed. There is also a bath/shower/WC on this level. The house features electric heating and underfloor heating, as well as wooden floors throughout.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
