In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für Hunde, je nach Belegungssituation der anderen Apartments, ist es ein Paradies. Das gesamte riesengroße Grundstück ist umzäunt. Wenn alle Hunde gut sozialisiert und abrufbar sind, können sie frei laufen und rumtollen. Es ist alles sehr gut gepflegt und durchdacht. Der Comersee ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, den Ort kann man mit einem schönen Spaziergang auch recht gut erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind direkt neben der Anlage auch zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Bergpanorama mit dem herrlichen See spricht seine eigene beeindruckende Sprache.

For dogs, depending on the occupancy situation of the other flats, it is a paradise. The entire huge property is fenced. If all the dogs are well socialised and can be called off, they can run and romp around freely. Everything is very well maintained and well thought out. Lake Como can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, and the town can also be easily reached on a pleasant walk. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are right next to the complex and can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The mountain panorama with the marvellous lake speaks its own impressive language.
