An additional room on this floor provides 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width, a hand-basin, and its own balcony access. A further room accommodates 1 set of bunk beds (1 x 2) and includes a hand-basin. This floor also features a kitchen and living room with a dining nook, satellite TV, a shower room, and a separate WC. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separated properties that together form this apartment.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
