It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms, which gives the property its distinctive and airy character.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
