On the upper floor, a gallery area provides an additional sleeping space with 1 french bed measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as the gallery, in line with the property's layout across its 2 levels.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
