On the main level, a spacious living and dining room of 28 m2 enjoys an east-facing orientation and features a flat-screen TV, with direct access to a balcony. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the dining area. A first bedroom of 6 m2, also east-facing with a window onto the courtyard, is furnished with 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC. On the upper floor, a second bedroom of 18 m2 features sloping ceilings and is furnished with 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This upper level also provides access to a 5 m2 balcony with a west-facing orientation, balcony furniture, and a truly remarkable panoramic view of the ocean.

The property is equipped with air conditioning and electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout the seasons. The fully fitted open kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 1 induction hot plate, 3 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. For laundry needs, a washing machine is provided, along with an iron and a hair dryer. - 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
