Please be aware that access to the property is via a 200-metre-long unmade road that is narrow and uneven in places, and guests are advised to approach with care upon arrival. A supermarket is located 6 kilometres from the property, ensuring that essential provisions are within easy reach. The nearest bus stop, "Thiefosse Centre," is situated 4 kilometres away, providing a public transport connection for those who prefer not to drive. Groups of teenagers are accommodated on request only. It is important to note that the tap water at this property does not meet drinking water quality standards, as the water supply is sourced from a private spring on the property. In the event of extreme drought during the season, it may not be possible to guarantee an adequate water supply. Should this situation arise, the property reservation will be cancelled by HHD free of charge and any amounts already paid will be fully refunded. Guests are advised that no further claims beyond this refund may be made in such circumstances.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room with a notably low door height of 170 cm, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a Scandinavian wood stove, as well as a satellite TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also located on this floor.

On the upper floor, an open dining room with a dining table provides a convivial space for shared meals, with direct access to the balcony. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
