Proprietario incredibilmente solare e disponibile, pronto a prendersi dei disturbi non da contratto per farvi godere il soggiorno il più possibile.
La casa è situata molto vicino al centro, dandovi la possibilità di spostarvi a piedi quasi ovunque, l'unica pecca è la posizione della casa, essendo situata su una collina, per essere raggiunta si deve percorrere una salita abbastanza impegnativa, soprattutto per le persone anziane.
L'interno della casa è molto tradizionale, pulito e ben curato, dati i mobili d'epoca si sente un odore abbastanza pungente, ma niente di troppo fastidioso.
