The first bedroom features a bunk bed with dimensions of 90 cm by 190 cm alongside a double bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, while the second bedroom is furnished with a french bed of 140 cm by 190 cm. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
