This charming 4-room semi-detached vacation rental spans 72 m2 across 2 levels and is positioned in a south-west facing orientation, welcoming an abundance of natural light throughout the day. The property accommodates a maximum capacity of 4 adults and 2 children, and the owner does not accept occupancy of more than 4 adults. The ground floor features a welcoming living and dining area equipped with a cable TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, along with direct access to the terrace. An open kitchen is fully fitted and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms in total: 2 rooms each furnished with 1 double bed, and 1 children's room fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 70 cm in width and 160 cm in length. A separate WC is also located on the upper floor. The property features 1 bathroom in the form of the ground floor shower and WC, complemented by the additional separate WC upstairs.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

vernachlässigt. Verwilderte Hecke, Grasschnitt erfolgte drei Tage nach unserer Anreise (war rund 15 cm hoch) Gras zwischen den Terrassenplatten, Zufahrtsplattierung unterspült, Sonnenschirmständer vorhanden, aber kein Schirm. Verwitterte Terrassenstühle aus Plastik, davon einer mit gebrochener Sitzfläche, Verdreckte Auflagen für Stühle und Sonnenliegen. Kein Dosenöffner im Haus, kein Fön, Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach, keine Waschmaschine,keine Spülmaschine, defekter Dreh-Kippbeschlag am Schlafzimmerfenster. Verstaubtes Teeservice im offenen Regal. T-Shirt eines Kindes lag auf der Couchlehne - Endreinigung des Vormieters?? Gartentor nicht richtig montiert, deshalb nicht verschließbar. Ansonsten von der Grundkonzeption für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Hunden geeignet. Allerdings wurde meine Frau und unser Hund dort von Zecken gestochen. Dieses Haus werde ich in diesem Zustand nicht wieder buchen.

Overgrown hedge, grass clippings were made three days after our arrival (was around 15 cm high), grass between the terrace slabs, driveway plating was washed down, parasol stand available, but no umbrella. Weather-damaged patio chairs made of plastic, one of them with a broken seat, dirty pads for chairs and sun loungers. No can opener in the house, no hair dryer, refrigerator without freezer compartment, no washing machine, no dishwasher, defective tilt and turn fittings on the bedroom window. Dusty tea service on the open shelf. A child's T-shirt was lying on the back of the couch - final cleaning by the previous tenant ?? Garden gate not installed correctly, therefore not lockable. Otherwise the basic concept is suitable for families with small children or dogs. However, my wife and our dog were bitten by ticks there. I will not book this house again in this condition.
