On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a flat-screen television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. Direct access from this space leads out to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also hosts 2 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm and includes a shower room with direct access to the terrace, while the second features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm. A separate WC and a bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, WC, and double hand-basin complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are situated beneath sloping ceilings. The first upper-floor room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm with a length of 190 cm, while the second features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm with a length of 190 cm. An open gallery with sloping ceilings connects the upper level. Please be aware that there is no direct connection between the bedrooms on the upper floor, and some sleeping areas are located within an open-plan space such as a gallery or alcove rather than in fully enclosed rooms.
