On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room that opens onto a private balcony, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A well-appointed kitchen is also located on this floor, alongside a separate WC. The second upper floor hosts all 5 bedrooms, each thoughtfully configured to ensure privacy and comfort. 3 of the bedrooms are double bedrooms, each equipped with its own shower and WC. 1 bedroom features 2 beds and its own shower and WC. The fifth bedroom is a double bedroom with a private shower and access to a separate WC also located on this floor. Soft carpeting throughout the sleeping areas adds a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the upper levels. A generous terrace of 35 m2 provides ample outdoor space for relaxation and al fresco dining.
