The layout includes a large living/dining room with a dining table, an interconnecting room also with a dining table, and another living/dining room featuring a dining nook, a satellite TV, and a tiled stove. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a small dining table. There are three separate guest toilets on the main level.

On the upper floor, you will find two double bedrooms, each with a hand-basin and shower. There is also one double bedroom, an interconnecting room with one bed, hand-basin, and shower, and a room with one double sofa bed, one double bed, hand-basin, and shower. Another room on this floor has one bed, hand-basin, and shower, along with two additional separate guest toilets.

The second upper floor features one room with one bed, hand-basin, and shower, two double bedrooms (each with a hand-basin and shower), two rooms with one double sofa bed, one double bed, hand-basin, and shower in each, and one room with one bed and hand-basin. There is also a shower/toilet room and a separate guest toilet on this level.
