The property comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully throughout its multiple floors, making it an ideal vacation rental for larger groups or families.

On the ground floor, the apartment welcomes you with a tastefully and cosily furnished living and dining room. The first sleeping area on this level includes 1 bed and 1 set of bunk beds (2 x 2). A small gallery with a ceiling height of 135 cm offers an additional sleeping space with 1 bed measuring 120 cm. A further room on this floor is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm. A shower room with WC is also located on this level. The ground floor further benefits from a large, open-plan kitchen fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a bathroom with 2 showers and 2 separate WCs, as well as a sauna for your relaxation and enjoyment.
