On the ground floor, the living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, with direct access to a private terrace. This level also includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, as well as an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese. The ground floor bathroom comprises a bath, WC, and a double hand-basin. On the upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 1 double bed and access to the balcony, 1 room with 1 double bed, and 1 room with 1 set of 2 bunk beds, also with access to the balcony. A shower room with WC and a separate WC serve this floor. The top floor hosts the fifth bedroom, an open room with sloping ceilings containing 4 beds, and benefits from both a balcony and a terrace, offering stunning panoramic views.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
